Wedding Services
Avelas Events was established in 2017 by Alba Velasquez. After planning her own DIY wedding and having lots of fun while doing it, she decided to explore this opportunity more. After helping friends and families with their weddings, she started getting more referrals which led to the official start of Avelas Events. Alba Velasquez is a full-time Operations & Programs Director at an organization in LA that has allowed her to have extensive experience in Event coordination and vendor management. Day of Coordination/ Month of Coordination
Avelas Events Day of Coordination begins 3-4 week before the big day. This is a great package for couples that want to take a full planning lead but want to hand off all day of responsibilities so they can enjoy their day.

Partial Planning
Avelas Events Partial Planning Package is usually an add on to the Day of Coordination Package but can also be a stand alone service. Partial Planning is for couples that want to do most of the planning and booking but would like to have Avelas Events manage all decoration and rentals taken care of. This service startes beween 6-8 months in advance

Full Service Planning
Avelas Events Full Service Planning includes booking and managing all required vendors, managing decoration and set up, and is usually an add on to Day of Coordination. This service can begin between 2 years and 6 months in advance

Day of Coordination Coaching
This is a perfect service for a couple that has a close colleague that is willing to manage the big day but doesn't have all the tools needed. Or if you're an aspiring coordinator, this is a great service for you! I will walk you through all it takes to complete a day of coordination service in a 3 week (1 hour session/each) course

Wedding Budget Planning
Avelas Events will provide you a wedding planning template andwalk you through all expected expenses based on your wedding day preferences. This is a great option for newly engaged couples that don't want the full wedding planning but want to be able to plan accordingly within their budget. This includes 3 sessions of (1 hour each within 3 weeks)
